Always super quick and efficient! All of the employees are very nice. Favorite place to get my oil changed!

The giant poster on the wall claims “we service all cars” but there is a caveat to that. I guess they do technically service all cars (to a certain degree) but they couldn’t simply balance my tires. And I don’t drive something unique. I drive a Dodge SUV. I would think they would have a machine capable of providing the service but now I have to go to a tire store to get the work done there. Don’t believe everything you read. Otherwise the service was good and it took the time they had predicted. There was nothing else significantly bad to notice.

Horrible. They charged me twice to do the same job after their mechanic broke apart. I was supposed to be a warranty replacement from Napa. And they refused to work with Napa and they charge me directly. They installed the wrong part. And then cut part of it off with a side grinder voiding the warranty on the new part. Management refused to take care of it management refused to help me get my money back from Napa. This is probably one of the worst companies that you can do business with. I highly recommend that you not go there and that you not even attempt to give them your money. These people will rip you off not wants but twice. I am disabled and I have very limited budget absolutely ripped me off

Brought my dead car in a half hour before closing, they checked it out right then for free, discovered it was the battery, communicated price to me up front, did the work right then and got me out the door immediately, all while be super communicative and friendly! I will definitely be bringing it back next time I need service!

Service was EXCELLENT.! In for oil change and general check . In and out 45 minutes... Sam at the front desk was very personable and I know I will use Service Street again..

The owner and his team got me back on road quickly. Very professional and well pried. Nice job!
