I had the best experience here. The staff is very friendly and informative. They brought me out to show me what was wrong and explained things clearly. They were really fast at fixing my issue, and if you have to wait a long time you are 30 feet away from a bar and restaurant. I’m absolutely going back and using them as my home base for auto care.

PLEASE BEWARE!!! We presented a coupon for the oil change and after it was done, we got home to look at the receipt and saw we were charged for more than three times the coupon price. We went back to ask if they can correct the transaction and were told very rudely that there was no way they could. What kind of business would do something like this?!

Stay away!!! This place has been awful. They will tell you there is only a 45 minutes wait for an oil change and then 3 hours later your car will be done...or better yet, you make an appointment and show up only to be told “nobody showed up to work on your car” OMG!!!! Do yourself a favor and go some place else

Even before getting my car to Service Street they were extremely helpful. My car would not start and I could not get it to shlft into neutral. I called Service Street and they walked me through how to override the shifting mechanism. When I finally got my car to the shop they were friendly, quick, and reasonably priced. I will be coming back.
