First auto repair shop I've ever seen that doesn't repair tire leaks/flats...1 star for that and the guy hiding behind the counter expecting me to leave even though there was 20 minutes left to close. The technician literally told me that they don't do tire repair.
We are so sorry we did not resolve the issue on the spot. Our policy is to take care of each and every customer up to and on occasion past closing time, as well as provide you the repair to your tire issue. Internally, we are investigating the matter and looking for ways to ensure this does not happen again.
