We went in for a n oil change for$19.95. they told me I had to have synthetic oil which upped the price to $70. I am still sceptical of the need for synthetic oil.

I am always pretty content using service street. This Saturday 1/8/22 was the best experience. I wish I remembered the gentleman name when came in and talked to me. He was polite and just kinda had some questions for me. His customer service was great. Than the gentleman who helped me pay was just the same way. What an amazing team they have right now.

Kept my car over night and did not fix my car also told me to buy my own parts which is still in my car. Simple jobs are not money makers. Im sure there eagerness to fix cars over 500 billed out would be more fruitful. On to the next for me.

Brought my car in late in the afternoon, was told it would be a few days. Rick gave me an estimate to approve before doing any work. Car was completed later in the day on budget. Rick and team did an amazing job. Will be having them service my other vehicles. Thank you for staying late so I could pick up my vehicle!

The customer service is wonderful and they have helped diagnose issues with both of the cars in my household. They are also super speedy with repairs and oil changes as well as transparent, which is rare. They also don’t treat me like an car-idiot like a lot of car service places.
