I’ve had my oil changed here before and everybody is very courteous, in person and on the phone. They have a waiting room with a tv, if you prefer to wait for your car repair. This time I went in because my windshield wiper fluid was not spraying. I was actually late for my appointment, but they took my car anyway. It turned out that the tube to my fluid reservoir had come loose and they reattached it with no charge.
