I have had three vehicles serviced here over the last few years. Rick and TJ are outstanding. They have taken care of me and my family like we were family. They have been accomodating beyond anything you would expect from an auto repair shop. These guys are pros's pros. The volume that this shop does and the exceptional customer service that is provided is why we keep coming back. We have had special circumstances with vehicles that have required multiple trips and oil changes. They never batted an eye in honoring these as warranty trips. TJ has gone the extra mile and made inquiries into aftermarket parts for us that would help with our budget and has even printed off diagrams for me to perform simple repairs at home. This is the type of people that run the place and this is why I won't go anywhere else. I have complete confidence in the mechanics as I have seen the constant interaction and communication between the guys working up front and the techs in the back. One of the few auto repair shops I have ever been in where I am wholly confident I am being dealt with honestly. Thanks to everyone at Service Street. Quality service, accommodating staff, all around great experience. The technician, Bill, and the service manager, TJ, provided a straightforward approach to repairing my car. They performed all requested work without trying to up sell other unnecessary maintenance. They brought a few issues to my attention that another business (Fisher Honda) simply neglected. Each item was addressed and taken care of with little to no additional cost. The finer details are important, and I know for a fact they saved me time and money down the road. Bill and TJ both took the time to explain all completed work, and they were willing to type up additional notes for my vehicle’s records. Prior to my visit, I was anxious about this major repair (timing belt/water pump), and they put me at ease throughout the entire process. Thank you!
