needed a fuel pump replacement. called the warranty for me took care of everything and had my truck ready same day. great warranty also on parts. overall great business and would recommend and take my vehicle there again.

Service was nice enough, but honestly I would have felt a lot more comfortable if the two employees working the front desks had been wearing masks. As someone who has to be extra careful with my health during the pandemic it would have made me feel a lot more at ease.

Got me in quick early that morning the day I needed service. I didn’t have to wait a week unlike the place I went before. Got calls notified about my problem I needed fixed when I left it with them, very professional about it and when they were finished they called to notify me about what they had fixed and did a test run to see how it ran afterwards. More places should have custom service like this company. Very happy with the work they provided. Highly recommended! 👍

I went in for an oil change and it was done in a timely manner, they also noticed that my air intake pipe was split and offered to fix it. When I said we didn’t have the money they completely understood and left it at that.

Overall, I’ve had great experiences with the Service Street in Thornton. Most recently, I was able to get an appointment for an oil change the same day that I called when other places around town were unable until the next day. They took my car back for service within 10 minutes of me arriving for my appointment, and my oil change and courtesy inspection were done in less than an hour. Waiting went by quickly and the waiting room and restrooms are very clean and comfortable. Service Street has awesome packages available for oil changes that can be used for multiple vehicles in a family, so because my son bought a 5 pack awhile back, I walked out of the door with just a signature!! They did make some suggestion for some factory recommended maintenance stuff that’s due in about 10, 000 miles, but did not try to sale me any unnecessary or extras services. I am very pleased with my experience at the Service Street in Thornton.

I am going on a road trip; just a woman and her 2 teens. I had Service Street take an overall look at my car, to see if it looks safe enough to take on a 12 hour trip. I was expecting some sort of bill, but it was on the house. Wow! Just wow! Thank you Service Street!

After a week of preparing our truck for vacation, one little engine code showed up and became a big problem. We were not able to fill our gas tank. A recent repair with genuine " manufacture parts" presented the problem startng a 12 hour diagnostic journey. Dave our mechanic, the service advisor, the master mechanic, and the owner were on the problem like a dog on a bone. The mechanic Dave came in on his day off to finish the job. They fixed the problem. All codes gone. Now with 12 shop hours in ...I prepared for the worst....nope they treated me better than I deserved. Well, they earned a position in my book as the "go to" mechanic shop. I will be a customer for the rest of my days. Thank you Service Street for a job well done! Oh... we got to MOAB by the day's end. Truck ran well.
