I used them for YEARS, all my family's vehicles. They always did a good job until they pulled the ol' bait and switch on me. I asked for a quote to have some new shocks and struts installed, their price was a little insane. They wanted $980, they also wanted to add even more because I purchased my parts on Amazon for about half of what they wanted. I went and got a quote from Pep Boys near Target on 120th, Jeremy told me that it shouldn't cost anywhere near what I was quoted from service street. They ended up getting it done for $275 with no alignment. I then called service street and asked the to do a front wheel alignment since they were my go to place for anything auto related. The guy at the front desk quoted me a price of $100. I accepted and went home. (In hindsight, I should have had pep boys do the alignment for $65 bucks) They called me about 2 hours later saying it was done. My bill was over $230. I then tell them that it's over double what I was quoted. They then went on a tangent about how their guys make and actual living wage and that they're not like a micky mouse mechanic, they're certified and it was an "extended alignment". They claimed to took them a super long time to dial it in. I then proceeded to tell them how simple it is and how I already know all the basics and there's no such thing. The heavy with guy with dark curly hair and glasses then told me they refused to leave me go with my vehicle until I paid them for the BS "extended alignment". I paid, then told them that I won't be back, with any if my family's vehicles. He just shrugged, arrogant as heck. I know the manager, heavy dude with dark curly hair and glasses was upset because I took my vehicle to another shop to have the struts and shocks installed. That was obvious. If you ever buy the 5 pack of oil changes, be sure to mark your tires, they always forget to rotate them. (Not a big deal for me) With that all said, I'm not going to give them a 1 star, they did good by me for years. The bait and switch killed it for me.
