I experienced great service and near perfect customer service when I needed my AC replaced in my SUV. They were a little expensive, but they got me in the same day that I called them.

In a single word my review would be "Incompetence" I generally only leave positive reviews. I feel the review system is a cheap means of the average Joe to tarnish a company anomalously. So this review is very serious to me. Last year I brought my sons car here for a bad steering pump and the mechanic who looked at told me they could not work on it because there was some damage that made it hard to access the pump from a minor fender bender that had previously happened. I was okay with this and I kept a positive outlook about it. They didn't charge me for the diagnostic and it was relatively a painless experience. I brought it somewhere else and they switched it out, no problem. They didn't even mention the room from a fender bender issue. Last July my Truck had a issue and I brought it to them because it is a free diagnostic and I kind of respected how they shot from the hip about details. I had to call them about it the next day and the guy told me over the phone the engine is tossed and it needed a new engine and that would cost $7,000 to do. An engine job costing $7,000 is batcrap insane obviously, so a friend of a friend recommended a smaller shop and he had it for awhile but, he was able to fix it without replacing the engine. It was a bad fuel injector and replacing the plugs and wires. It was way less than $7,000. The moral of my story is... If what these guys tell you is a little wonky or pricey, get another opinion.

They are always great and get whatever I need done quick and done right the first time. I have been going here for almost 7 years. And I trust them and have confidence in their work. I will continue taking all my vehicles to them and would highly recommend them to anyone. Keep up the outstanding work TJ and crew

Great shop

Today was the first time I’ve ever picked up my car from a shop and was told that everything looks good. I take pride in maintaining my Journey. I was blown away. Customer service and attention to detail was impeccable. This is our new spot.
