The service was completed way earlier than promised. Staff were professional and friendly. They honored a coupon that I showed them on my phone and didn't have to as it said coupon had to be printed. Outstanding customer service. I will be back!

Today was the first time I’ve ever picked up my car from a shop and was told that everything looks good. I take pride in maintaining my Journey. I was blown away. Customer service and attention to detail was impeccable. This is our new spot. ***Update- these folks are truly awesome. They are honest, reliable, and trustworthy. Thank you, Service Street!

Take your cars somewhere else but here. They have no idea what they are doing. This might be the worst repair shop I’ve ever used. They charge you to put in things that aren’t needed, and charge you hundreds of dollars, while never fixing the actual problem. Zero customer service, zero competency in most repairs. I have filed with the BBB and have requested a refund for never fixing the issue we came in with. They stated 4 times it was fixed and it never was. Dishonest. Mechanics under qualified and are barley able to do a oil change correctly. Stay away. I’d give zero stars if I could.
