I had brought my vehicle in to get inspected and specifically asked to have my card lights(all) looked at as I thought I might have one or two out. Then I asked to have my tires looked at as I saw a nail and was wondering what to do next. The service advisor informed me it would be taken care of. I informed the service writer I was a delivery driver who uses my car for work and to drive my special needs children from place to place. So I was very surprised when I found out that neither of the two jobs I ask for were completed. When I came back to talk with the company and the boss. I was told in a non professional way, “ sorry, my employees must have missed it.” I tried to communicate a few times but was silenced by the service writer repeatedly saying the same thing. “It wasn’t me, my guys missed it.” This is by far the most unprofessional way to go about earning trust and building a community! I will tell everyone I know not to come here because of the inconvenience and disrespect.
