The entire staff was friendly from the front desk to the individual who worked on my car. The rear lock on my FJ was jammed and he even showed me how to fix it myself next time. Pleasantly surprised about my visit and gave them 5 stars. Great company, will be back if I encounter any auto issues.

I had to have some major stuff done on my 2003 Avalanche. Deanna and Richard were awesome in keeping in contact with me, which I really appreciated. I have dealt with Deanna several times before and she is wonderful. She really is a valued employee for Service Street. I was also impressed with Richard! I don't remember the tech's name but everyone involved from start to finish were awesome!

Done with the 5 pack oil change package so I can finally go somewhere else. Second time in a row it takes HOURS to complete an oil change and given minutes notice to pick it up before close. The kicker was walking into the store with the mask mandate on the door while the guy behind the counter wears nothing. I can’t comment about the competence of the techs but service here is severely broken. Avoid.

They were able to schedule me quickly and were very courteous. The only down side was I did not receive a receipt afterwards. Besides that, I had a good experience.

I have always been very happy with the work done on my vehicle.

So thankful to live close to Service Street . The service is the best. I know I can count on them for help with my vehicles.

The service here is great but has dropped off a bit since I first visited a few years ago, and the attention to detail has started to suffer a bit as well. I think the problem is that they're trying to accommodate everyone in an unreasonable time frame. Feels like quantity over quality. I'll still be using them but probably only for normal, regular maintenance.
