We had a major issue with the rack and pinions on our car. They walked us into the shop while our car was on the lift so we could see the issue ourselves. Their services are on the pricier side, but they kindly price matched a quote from another repair shop.

Part of oil change process was a free fall inspection where another issue was found. I have lots of experience sizing up whether an unnecessary fix is suggested and I did not feel way with Service Street. My car is old but runs well and I would normally get multiple repair items but they only suggested one repair item and were not pushy about getting it fixed. Very trustworthy. I will continue to have my car serviced there.
