Workers were super friendly. Giving 3 stars because it took almost all day to finish work on my car and because it seemed overpriced. Went in for an alignment and check engine light at 7:30 am and it wasn’t done until 6:30 pm. I think it was a bit overpriced too, but I don’t know much about cars and this was my first time taking my car in to a shop in Colorado Springs. The alignment was a reasonable price just the diagnostic test seemed a bit high. I am thankful that Service Street paid for my Lyft to and from my house while they worked on my car. I would recommend getting quotes from other places in town before coming here.

Our car was slowly leaking antifreeze, and we couldn't figure out what was causing it. I called this location and spoke with Nathan who said we could drop the car off at any time and they would figure out what was causing the leak and call us before any service was started. We dropped it off Thursday evening at 630, on Friday morning at 9 Nathan called to let me know what was going on. He explained the work needed to fix the issue, suggested a few things that he said could also use some attention and said he could have it all done by the afternoon. At 2pm the car was finished and ready to be picked up. These are good guys who do a good job in a speedy manner. Very friendly, very professional! The guy at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful. Thanks guys, for the speedy repair and for working during a pandemic. :)

Great, clean, professional, place a little more expensive but fairly priced and worked well with me. good friendly people too. I’ve been their about 4-5 times.

Had an overall good experience. Staff was friendly and did a good job explaining what needed to be done on my car. I definitely could tell a difference when driving my car home. They also have a great deal where you buy several oil changes in advance which includes tire rotation. I'll definitely be going back there again.
