Little frustrated with how long it took. Why have the appointment website if you don't use it? Still like and recommend this place, but it was a lot more organized and efficient before COVID when the appointments actually meant something. Do good work, but there is a reason I made an appointment and needed my truck back at specific time. Nothing being done was more than routine maintenance, not repairs. I will continue to use them, but please start using the appointments the way you used to.
