Colorado Auto Repair

As with most car repairs it could not have come at a worst time. I had been to Service Street for an oil change and was pleased with the service I was given. So when my car started showing signs of something wrong I couldn't think of a better place to take it to then Service Street. The customer care in which I received was excellent. They went beyond any car services I have ever used in Colorado Springs and I have live here for twenty years. I recommend them highly. Especially if your a woman and by yourself having to deal with a car problem. I have lost count of the times I have spent needless money on the advice of a mechanic. In the future I will be taking my car to Service Street.

Great customer service. Robert the current manager knows his business and does a great job managing the mechanics and the work on our vehicles. On this last visit I accidentally left my wallet laying on the passenger seat in my car. I went back halfway through the day and found my wallet still there on the passenger seat of the car. These guys win my trust for honesty and integrity.

Fantastic service by both Robert and Steve today. Had an emergency cooling system problem and they really went the extra mile to get me back on the road before the holiday weekend. See these guys for your repair and maintenance needs. They are top of the line professionals, fairly priced, and really care about their customers. Finding this in an auto repair shop is priceless! For a month now I have been receiving multiple phone calls, voicemails and texts from this business for a customer they have that put my phone number I have had for 17 years on his contact information. The worst part is I have called and spoken to them four times to advise them of this and asking them to please stop calling me explaining the number does not and has never belonged to their customer. I was told "sorry" and that it would stop however it still continues and now has moved to texts as recently as this morning. Apparently they cannot gather correct info and refuse to remove my phone number from their customers paperwork. This makes me wonder if they pay that much attention to the work they do on vehicles. Very frustrating I have had to spend my own time calling them time and again to remove my phone number from the contact info on this customer that still has not been done. Now I have to spend more of my personal time reporting to other entities for this being what I consider harassment since contacting them directly produces no resolution. Please review them before considering doing business with this company. Thank you for reading this post.

I had a horrible experience: this company fell short of every promise they made. Nearly 5 hours to get 2 tires. An oil change I didn't ask for and they were not even going to tell me about and over charged!!! Don't even want to give it one star

Very friendly, very knowledgeable, I appreciated that they mentioned the items that needed attention but did not try to hard sell me so I could make up my own mind. Definitely will come back and refer to others

Staff is always really friendly and helpful here, I can usually trust bringing my vehicle here. They are always accommodating!

I have an 18 year old car that the guys that work there take very good care of. Which makes me a very happy women. 👍👍👍
