I received a coupon in the mail for an oil change and decided I would try Service Street out. They were very professional and kind! I was in and out in a little over an hour! Joey was very knowledgeable about my vehicle! I will definitely be going back :)

Several months ago, which was when Service Street was under different management, I had a turbo replaced in my wife's vehicle. That turbo lasted a few months before it started having problems and was no good. I brought it in to Service Street and was told I was still under warranty for the part so bring it in to be replaced at no charge. It was a big job, which required some time. Joe, who is the manager, got us a rental car for the entire time the car was in the shop, free of charge. I asked Joe how long would we be covered for the rental car. He told me however long the job takes. I thought we would have to deal with the rental car place and go pick up the car, but we didn't. Service Street took care of everything and my wife picked up the rental car at the shop. The crew there even switched the baby seat from my wife's car to the rental. When I went back to the shop, Joe and his crew showed me the old turbo, which was probably one of the cheapest parts from overseas you could find, side by side with the new turbo they will be installing, which was straight from the factory. When dealing with mechanics, I think most of us, through experience, have come to expect some BS and a run around here and there, however I was surprised with how easy these guys made it for me and my family. I did not expect some of the things they did for us. Talking with Joe, he has changed the way Service Street does business. It is simply people helping people. For me, these guys were top notch in customer service. While I am in Colorado Springs, Service Street will be my go to mechanic from now on.

Every time I have been here the techs have been so nice and the service has been quick! Two techs spent the time to explain the issue to me and were really helpful and polite! And the oil changes are always faster than any other place I’ve tried. I highly recommend them! Thanks!!!

Quick and easy!

Very pleasant staff When we dropped off the car. I'm not sure that the backroom staff and front room staff were always on the same page because we were called saying everything was perfect just need to change an air filter that was black. I agree to let them replace the air filter and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I called back in half an hour and was told it was completely ready to go. Drove to the store and it was still on the rack not ready to go. My wife got a completely different story when she went in to pick up the vehicle. I really appreciate the pleasant staff not so much them appearing to try to take advantage of my wife with scare tactics. Maybe just new people and maybe had the wrong car in mind when they were talking to my wife. I will choose to give it another shot when my car needs its next Oil Change.

During an oil change the tech noticed a leak. In looking at my service history Toby felt that some warranty work needed done so my car is at the shop today having the work done. I do so appreciate that they honor their warranties. Best wishes for Toby becoming General Manager of the facility and staying on board.

Management change......again. Hopefully this time Joe will stay and my faith in this service garage will be restored. I think they've been through 7 managers in the last ~year. Every time I went in it was someone new. And the mechanics in the garage are going out the back door just as quickly. I've taken all three of my vehicles to these guys over the past year or so and as far as I can tell they've done great work. But I'm seriously considering pulling the plug and going somewhere else where I can have an ongoing, trusting relationship with one manager and mechanics who work on my car.
