The front desk guys are polite and helpful, but my recent experience was not good. I live 20-25 miles from this location and realized by the scraping under my car that the skid plate had not been secured after my oil change so then spent 20 minutes driving 5 miles an hour on the 5 miles of gravel to my driveway to ensure I didn’t catch it on anything and tear it up. We either have to now fix it ourselves or wait through the weekend to take it back to them Monday to put it back together correctly and spend another 60-90 minutes of my time. Very frustrated. It’s just more reassuring to have my husband do the oil change so I know it’s done right every time. That’s what I get for trying to save him the time.

It seems we had a disconnect and clearly dropped the ball. This is not reflective of our operational standards, and for that, we are sincerely sorry. Please give us a chance to make amends with an oil change on us.

This was my first visit at Service Street. It came highly recommended, and I was very happy with the service that I received. Went in for oil change and Chris thoroughly went over other critical services needs for my car. Chris was very knowledgeable and explained, in order of importance, as to what needed to be done. I felt the advice could be trusted, and if all continues to go well, I will definitely return for future service.

5 stars for customer service, and 1 star for the prices and service, for an average of 3 stars. My car died while driving, and I got it towed to the shop so they could take a look at it. Their diagnostic cost me $125 and the problem (loose battery terminals) they charged $200 to replace. But then I drove off the lot, and my car died AGAIN. I even asked before I left if I would have that problem again and he said no! Then I happen to look at my fuel gauge and notice it was less than half of a quarter tank. So I slowly made my way to a gas station and put gas in, and the problem stopped immediately. Silly me, I just didn’t have enough gas in the car! So I paid $300 for literally no reason. I could have changed the terminals myself, AND that wasn’t even the problem. I think they should have known that low fuel in the tank would cause a Mazda CX7 to behave that way. After consulting with other lady members of my family, I’m gonna start letting my dad handle these kind of things because apparently car shops (and dealerships for that matter) find it easy to rip off women vs men. Really stinking annoying. I really wish I could have my money back. You live and you learn tho right? That’ll never happen again

Quoted 200 dish turned out to be 800 drop car off at 8:45 they still didn't have it done at 6 fue to not finding right parts. finally got into car at 6:20 and car smell like god-awful smoke

Do not trust these guy. I went in to get my brakes replace and they informed me that I need all 4 pads and all 4 rotors replace my truck has under 50K miles on it They also said that I need to flush my brake fluid every 10k miles. That's when I said BS it's a close system it should not get old like oil... take my truck off the rack.. I went to ford dealer and all I needed were Pads.
