I came here for a pre-sale inspection of my 2005 4Runner. They were super helpful and knowledgeable in making sure I understood everything that showed up on the inspection, and helped me to recognize what might be good to negotiate before final sale. Even said if it wasn’t the right 4Runner for me they’d inspect another one for free if I wanted to keep looking. It took exactly an hour, which is what they told me up front. I haven’t been to other locations, I’m sure they’re great as well, but if I lived closer by this would definitely be my go-to place! Thanks guys for everything

Let me preface by saying I did not get work done here. I couldn’t let myself. I had called ahead 2 days prior to visiting, and I told the man on the phone what services I was looking to get done and he took all my information and set the appointment. He was very professional and kind and I felt super at ease bringing my car here. When I arrived, it was a different story. First of all, when I walk in, the man at the front desk was having a conversation with a mechanic and I wasn’t welcomed or told they’d be with me in a minute, everyone that was in the lobby at the time pretty much ignored me. Even when they were done talking I was standing there feeling awkward, still not greeted/welcomed. I told him who I was and that I had called the other day about getting work done. He had no idea who I was or what I was talking about. He grilled me on why I needed the services I was requesting, he was treating me like I was an inconvenience just for being there, and quite frankly spoke to me like I was stupid. I didn’t feel like these people cared about me or my car. When he asked for my keys I just left.

I got my oil changed, breaks fixed, AC fan looked at, and a few others things here the last day and a half. They were incredibly quick and communicative. They answered all my questions fully and seemed to care about giving me the best service for both my car and wallet. It was a very pleasant experience and if you need anything for your car in the Southland's area check them out first.

Extremely nice staff all around. Dropped me off somewhere while they worked on my car and picked me up when done! Very fair on prices and seemed to really care with honesty and integrity. I will be back in the future if need be!!!!

Ive had a grinding sound in my front drivers side tire for a month or so. I figured it was a caliper/brake pad dragging or a bent dust shield. finally had the time to bring it to a shop; turns out it was the driver’s side front bearing. Service Street Auto Repair charged me $500 for the front hub assembly, $285 for labor and $85 for an alignment. Total out the door was $942. This seemed like a lot, but I agreed to have the work done as we had a road trip the following day. Googling a Moog hub assembly for my 2014 Ram 1500 4x4 shows a price of $220 at a local well-known auto parts store and videos look like it takes an hour or 2 for an average guy to swap. Asking others with similar trucks stated they paid $500 or less. While this shop was fast, courteous and did a good job, I cant recommend them as their prices are way too much. Ill continue looking for a reasonable, reputable shop for my truck.
