First the Bad: When I drove may car after the repair was made, my tire pressure warning light went on red. I pulled over to a Conoco station to check the tire pressure, and all four tires were inflated to 55psi! The specs are front at 32psi and 39psi for the rear. Why were they inflated so high? After I brought the tires down to the correct pressure, and reset the warning light, all was ok for a while. Then the light came back on. I checked the tires again and the left rear tire was almost flat. I pulled the tire off and found a drill bit that penetrated from an angle in the tire. I was able to plug the tire and get home, but what scary episodes to have when I had my family in my car. I feel pretty lucky not to have had a serious blowout on the highway. The good: The alignment was done and all seems very straight with the steering. The staff was friendly throughout the process.

Tried charging me $5700 for a $1200 job. The manager acted like a crook and wouldn’t be honest about the pricing, they mark up their parts significantly so please do some research before you agree to do anything, I saved over 4K by doing so.

Not too happy. Very condescending and slightly arrogant behavior. At least that’s my experience. Follow Up: Regional manager called me and we talked about the current events. He apologized and stated he would be speaking to the staff involved. He also assured me he would be taking something off the price. Today, I had my husband call and the mechanic knew nothing about what the regional manager discussed with me. I just want to be done with this whole situation.

While handling my own battery change, I managed to create some problems for my self, where my car would intermittently die :/. I suspected incompetence on my part and that I had some managed to install the battery fuse poorly among others things but decided better to let professionals take care of it rather then end up on the side of the road again. Service Street straightened it out and charged me nothing. Pretty good deal.

I had a pretty good experience for my first time there. They were right on time in getting my truck in for the 10am appointment. It was probably me but I felt a little I’m welcome when I first went in but am totally planning on returning there for my trucks repair needs. They had a good special going that I purchased for oil changes. I don’t give five stars to anyone the first visit and I plan on giving them a five if the service stays as good as it was today.

I want to start by saying the staff are beyond reproach on the phone now trying to get a quote is frustrating you mechanics have to think as a future customer I'm scared of how much it will be and if you will fix it right you should not strong arm a man into bringing it in when they already had a diagnostic done on the car I wasn't even given a chance to say that part or the fact I wasn't sure if my car would make it there!!!! Let alone the fact I did not have the money to come fix it right now and I had so many more questions like do you offer a military discount and still I had no chance to ask just a demand to bring it in!!!! I've worked on cars since I was 17 I'm 38 now!!!! I know what's wrong I just need a quote!!!! Extremely difficult and frustrating when you just need a ball park price not even an exact quote before you bring it in. I wish I had a chance to ask more questions before I got pressed to bring my car in right now!!!!
