Today had excellent service! Did not have an appt but they fit me in for an oil change. Nice clean area & did a fantastic job. Way better than my last time here and had an appt that time. Noticed it was a different crew than before too. Thanks for the good service guys.

Good work and very professional and knowledgeable. I felt they are a bit high priced but you get that with a chain store. Again no problem with the quality of work. I will use them again but more selective of what I have them do.

We appreciate you! Thanks for the review!

Very unprofessional service. They charged us $70 to recommend a bunch of unnecessary services. They said we needed new breaks and the breaks have just been replaces about a week before we went into service street. We took their suggestions of many different things to another professional mechanic in the area and the other mechanic said not a single service recomended by service street was nneeded. We took it in for an oil change and paid $70.00 for the list of stuff and no oil change. The manager called and screemed at my husband over the phone as well, so very unprofessional to say the least. Not competent at all.

We would like to reach out to you so that we can help resolve this! Please send us your contact information to [email protected]

Went in to inquire about rotating winter tires to summer tires. They said we can do it for $20!!!! Took ‘em up on it and they had me completed in 15-20 min. Great team and ready to serve at a REASONABLE price. Discount Tires wants almost $70 to do the same thing???? Thanks Service Street Team!

We appreciate our customers like you! Thank you!

DO NOT GO HERE. THEY UPCHARGE BY 120%. Went in for an ac recharge, which was never even done. They went on to remove my radiator hose to show me it was leaking, I told them I didn’t want to pay for it right there and then so they put it back in and charged me $300 for 5 minutes of labor, for something I didn’t even ask them to do. Tried charging me $500 for a $11 piece that took me 5 minutes to put in myself. Lied to me and told me my car was done for, when all I needed was simple fixes. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! Later found out that I was intentionally upcharged by Chris, because he didn’t like someone I was associated with. Absolutely shocked at how I was treated there, and this place is a disgrace for up charging people the way that they do. Chris should be fired immediately for his extremely unprofessional approach. Making sure everyone I know knows what happened here. I wasted $300 just to have absolutely nothing done on my vehicle.

Thanks for letting us know of your recent experience! If you are still having issues, please give us a call.

Nothing but praise for Service Street! My wife had car trouble while vacationing in Colorado. Todd took care of the problem quickly, professionally and did only what needed to be done. Big thanks to Service Street!

I am new to this area so when my car stopped starting out of nowhere, I wasn’t sure where to take it in. I went into Service Street and was surprised to have one of the greatest experiences with a car maintenance shop I’ve ever had. Chris was more than willing to fix my car and explained every issue with great detail that was easy to understand and follow. I got a new battery and was frustrated when my car failed to start again, but Chris looked at my car again and fixed the next issue (faulty relay) with no problems. So when my car failed to start again the next day he drove to my place of residence and not only fixed the issue free of charge, but suggested he replace the faulty relay again for free. I never took my car back only because of late working hours and so then a month or so later when my car failed to start randomly I knew exactly where I would take it: Service Street. Although I was advised to get the relay replaced and failed to do so, Chris and his team took it upon themselves to tow my car, fix the issue and return it in a timely manner for free. Not to mention the free Lyft ride home from the shop. I am beyond grateful for their professionalism and how they treat their customers: with the utmost respect and as compassionate as a family member would. I will continue to take my car here because they are both reliable and honest and that is a difficult quality in many of these shops. For example, even though they could have charged me for an entire fuse panel that would cost upwards of $1300, they mentioned it was not necessary for my issue, but left it an option.

Had a minor issue they resolved without even charging! Exceptional customer service!! Will return for future repairs and maintenance!

They were very accommodating and quick, however I think they may have fallen victim to the trend of mechanics recommending unnecessary services because a different mechanic a week later mentioned that services that Service Street recommended weren't necessary (while also recommending a completely different unnecessary service). They were okay with taking no as an answer and were very polite. Would recommend to anyone in need of services!

im Pretty easy going, at first I thought the service is okay and acceptable. However I got quotes on many different things totaling up to 4000 . I brought a part in for the door , and they quoted me $350. I replaced it in 10 minutes after watching you tube for FREE! Also , my quote for front and rear axle seals came back for $2700 . I went to a shop I normally go to which I should of in the first place apparently . They said they could do both axles for $1000. Also I asked SS to have bolts tightened and they wanted to charge $158. I went somewhere else to get my oil change and that place tightened them for free in (15 minutes!!). What ever happened to honest work. Service street gets their labor pricing from the “book”. I don’t know what book there looking at but it’ll rip you off gaureenteed. Be ware! And do your research. Chances are you tube is the better route for smaller services. The manager Chris was nice and helpful, and knowledgeable, he’s just working for the wrong employer.
