I am a first time car owner and I took my car to service street and they were very professional and explained exactly what they were going to do!!! The costumer service is great!!

Took 2 hours to change my oil and replace the air filter! Cost is ridiculous! $70 for an oil change!

Incredibly aggressive upselling. They are amazing with oil changes and fast with service, but DO NOT expect to just have an oil change. There will always be a list of things wrong. Just go along with it and get a second opinion from a Different store.
