Supposed to do a tire rotation and oil change, but they clearly forgot to do the tire rotation. You had two things to do and you only decided to do one of them correctly. Well, I'm not even sure they put the correct oil in. Since the service, my oil pressure jumped. Guessing that's from the thicker, less expensive oil rather than what is called for for this particular vehicle. Not overly pleased. The staff was nice, though.

I brought my daughter's Jeep in because her brakes were squeaking & he was able to tell me exactly what the issue was & even saved me some money with his recommendation too. I will definitely be a repeat customer for any of my vehicle needs!

Well, I went in because of knocking in my transmission. I had the service person take a short ride with me. He stated it was the axle on the passenger side. Well, they did come down on the price at the end when I threaten to go elsewhere. My problem with them is I didn’t ask for th axle to be fixed. I wanted the knocking fixed. They put the wrong part on and I had to wait next day to get my car. When they finished finally.... the same service man states to me..... we not done, I need my tech to look at the transmission and see what the knocking is. Now I am already out of 1500 dollars. This place is not good for my business. They over charge and they are just milking customers in my opinion. I hope I don’t have to use them ever. Never satisfied with them.

Their business practices are HORRIBLE. I understanding that all business are in fact in business to make money, buy these folks take it to a while new level. There has never been a time that I have taken one of my vehicles there, when they haven't tried to push additional, non-neccesary and over-priced services on me. Typically they are 2 to 3 times more expensive than even the dealership for the exact same repairs. I've been going there for a couple years and it keeps getting worse. This will be the last time I use their services.

Service Street did a fine job of changing the oil in our vehicle. The appointment was made for the following day. My car was worked on right away after arriving, and oil change was done quickly. A few other issues were brought to my attention and other services were recommended, but not pushed on me. Was offered discounts on future oil changes, and I appreciated that.

Went in for a quick oil change before a mountain getaway. They notified me of how bad my break pads were...I had no idea and I would have been driving metal to metal through the mountains. Thanks to Sonny, he got me in quick, got me the best deal he could and fixed the problem all within a few hours. He treated me as family and was very professional. I appreciated his concern for my own safety. Highly recommend Sonny.
