Was told I needed an new Alternator by the same folks who recommended this place to do the work. I pulled in and within just a couple minutes they came out to check my truck.. Ultimately, it Turns out I didn’t need a new alternator after all and off I went. Was thankful for the excellent customer care and honesty! Will be coming back for all regular maintenance on both vehicles!

I stopped in an emergency to have my car looked at. I needed new brakes which I appreciated they were able did that evening. The next day my car was making a terrible noise by the time I got to work. They did offer to tow the car to their shop. Turns out the rotor was defective. They did pay for a lyft to get me back to their shop. That was all good except they made it sound like they were doing me a favor by not making me pay for the tow. They also knocked off the weight that was on my tire and then lied about fixing it. I also felt I was talked down to by the person that helped me the first night. I would not go back to this place.

They did a great job! They took a look at few things that didn’t need repair only charged me for what did! They also had lyft take me home and pick me up!!!! Thanks for the great service. I used you years ago and will be using you again when I can! Great service, thank you.

I dropped my car off and returned three hours later just to find out it had not been touched at all. I was told “oh we were just about to start on it, it will be twenty minutes.” But yet in the garage it was people standing around having social hour. I had one day to get this done this week and my time was completely wasted. I will not be coming back. Loads of coupons can’t fix bad service....
