I went to this shop because I got a coupon in my mailbox and it was close to my house. When I got there, the desk clerk was very friendly. They were pretty busy, but I still felt like my car was finished in a timely manner. I will be back in the future.

Awesome, Honest and quick turn around.

This shop has been getting worse every time we go in! Rude service, they left my truck unattended with the windows all the way down, and then was told “that’s just what we do—you are the ONLY one that’s complained.” Called customer service and then the Regional Manager called me back. Only to for him to just end up saying “I completely understand why you got the service you did because you are have been completely unreasonable in the 20 minutes I’ve had to talk to you.” What?!? 1) I only was on the phone for 9 minutes AND 2) Since when is this acceptable?!?
