They take great care of our vehicles. We drive 4 hours just to have them do it.

I would rate 0 if possible. Had front and rear end work done and a week later my front end fell apart while driving. Ball joint completely failed. Luckily I was only going about 5mph. Got it towed back and they denied any responsibility. Truck was deemed a total loss by insurance and I'm out the 3700 in "repairs" from the week prior. Small claims court, here we come.

I have taken two cars to Service Street. The technicians are very knowledgeable and skilled. They find the problem quickly, explain it clearly and get it fixed, usually the same day. All the people that work there are friendly, courteous, and efficient. .

They were so friendly, quite unlike their competitors. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. And I had a lot! I would recommend them and will be returning next time.

Took my vehicle in and they were kind enough to work on it the same day. I was there for an oil change and needed my fan shroud installed. They did the oil change but said they couldn't install the fan shroud due to the body lift on the truck. He said the body lift changed the mounting place of the fan shroud but I've worked on several vehicles like mine and know for a fact the mounting points are on the radiator lol. The only reason I cant do it is because I dont have tools to remove the fan cuz it seizes fairly easy and needs to be shocked in order to come off. Forget all that jazz though cuz Rick did what he could there since he is just the advisor most likely. Great people I just wish they could have given it a try.
