Did not get what i paid for

I took my car in to get some simple work done, only to find out that it was going to be anything but simple. Sean was great at keeping me informed on the work of my car. He made sure to call any time a part was needed or the status changed. What I was most thrilled about is the very accurate time frame they gave. First time there and I can see myself going back later.

I have gone to service street 3 times now and every time it has been amazing service. Keep up the great work Sean leahy went completely out of his way. Came to my house and jump my car when it wouldn’t start and I was able to get my battery replaced in a short amount of time. Thank you

The very first time I took my vehicle there I got great service was really impressed but ever since then it seems like service decreases with every visit I bought one of those bundles and I think they give you even worse service because they know they've already got the money they seem to always have an excuse to not be able to perform the services that are in that bundle for some reason or other but yet they always try to sell you something, some kind of repair or fix. I've got one more visit in that bundle but I think I'm going to pass and find someplace else. Just not comfortable with how things are done there.

I had my oil changed before leaving on a road trip in the mountains. I was dismayed that they tried to upsell me everything but was really needed, which ultimately ended up being the problem. My antifreeze reservoir was low by 3/4 of gallon, which was the result of a cracked Thermostat housing, thereby stranding me without heat on @ 17 degree mountain road!
