#1, I told the front desk about 4 or 5 times to change the oil drain bolt. In fact, on one occasion I mentioned that I could buy the bolt at an autopart and they told me no, that they would change it. This part was never changed. When I looked under the car, it was the same one that it had before. #2, I believe that the quality of the oil that they used was poor. When I pulled the oil dip stick out, the oil was patchy on the stick. What I mean by this is that the oil was not covering the entire surface of the oil dip stick. I am very disappointed with the quality and professionalism.
