Great service friendly people

Had my car brought in to get a fuel pump repaired. It went fine and I went to pick up the car. There was a new light (ABS) that was illuminated, so I inquired about it. The light was not on prior to my car failing to start, so I wanted to know why it was on now. I was told there was no way that it was the shop’s fault by the store manager, Chris. While I was not satisfied with the answer, Chris was respectful. I asked to speak to a regional manager and Adrian called me the next day. He continued to say there was no way that it was their fault, which could be true, but then continued to raise his voice, ask me to explain how it could happen, continually interrupt me, tell me to stop whining, and then hang up on me. How does a regional manager speak to a customer that way? I don’t typically post reviews, but I’ve never been treated worse by a company representative. Maybe my ABS issue was just bad timing, but no regional manager should be yelling and hanging up on a customer.

Brought my 08 F150 in for a estimate on how much it would cost to replace the radiator. Was quoted a amount that was 150.00 more the Keller Automotive. Went with service street because they said they could do it the same day. Turned out they needed to keep it over night and I didn’t get it back until 11 am the next day. Friendly people though.

I got a good deal on 5 oil changes so cheated on my normal mechanic. During the tire rotation, a lug bolt was broken, but the mechanic didn't say anything. I have to give Service Street credit, they fixed it when I found it a couple days later. But now my parking brake on that wheel has come apart, for $1000 worth of coming apart. The only thing that could have happened is it was damaged when removing the broken lug bolt. A cheap oil change is not worth this!
