I had an appointment for an oil change and when I dropped my car off they told me it would be about 1.5 hours until it would be ready. I walked over to Target and did some shopping. I returned about 1.5 hours later and saw that my car was still in the same parking spot. They hadn't even touched it yet. I asked them what happened and was told I was "the next car in line" I told them that's what I was told an hour and a half ago. I was upset as I sat there ready to wait another hour. If my husband could've picked me up I would have left. About 15 minutes later the general manager (I didn't get his name!) came into the waiting room and apologized profusely and told me they were doing the oil change for no charge. I told him I really appreciated it and that I knew it wasn't his fault they were slammed. My car was ready 10 minutes later. Now that is customer service! I will definitely go back as they obviously care about their customers. Way to go Service Street!
