My 1st visit to Service Street. My car was recently stolen and much damage was done. The locks and ignition were repaired by another facility. I thought my manual stick shift was also damaged because it had a rough shift. Service Street looked for the problem. As it turned out, when I replaced the floor mats, the mat on the driver's floor was impeding the clutch pedal. Since State Farm was paying, his company could have said anything was wrong and charged a bundle. Service Street simply moved the mat and the problem was solved. Zero work...Zero charge!

I called unsure of when i could possibly find time to bring my car in ( with my insane work schedule and children). Dillon answered and said i could bring my vehicle in right away and they would just check to make sure it was safe to drive. It was horrendously not! My vehicle was repaired in 2 days, and everyone i came in contact with was very friendly.

Service Street always takes really good care of me. I am a repeat and loyal customer. Service with a heart and a smile. Gotta love it. || UPDATE - It's easy to write a good review about a routine job done well. What you don't often see is a good review about a mistake... I am writing to praise Service Street for performing well in a difficult situation. We are all human. And, as humans, we are all prone to making mistakes once in a while. I am happy to share that when a rare human error happened while servicing my vehicle, Service Street was remarkably professional and went out of their way to not only fix the error and make me whole but also to minimize any inconvenience along the way. 5 Stars in good times and human times. I love my Service Street :)

Had oil change, 60000 mile maintenance and injector service performed, tuneup replacing spark plugs. They fixed my back seat, too! I got a Lyft ride to and from. So happy with their service!
