My name is Myra. The moment I contacted the manager, he was friendly and kind. Took both of my cars in at the last minute and followed up thoroughly. Reached out when there is an additional cost to the oil filter. Amazing customer service. It’s about 35 minutes from where I live but worth the drive.

I’ll be honest. I don’t do reviews but I feel like this time is needed. I brought my suv in about a week ago and they were the only place willing to check it out for me without charge. There was so much wrong with the vehicle (which I fully anticipated) and I knew it was gonna take some time but they have been great through the whole process. I’m still currently waiting for my car but at no fault of them but the warranty company. (Who chase has been fighting with tirelessly for me to get them moving) in the meantime I have brought in another vehicle to them for an oil change and I just have to say every interaction with these guys has been amazing and they have also done there best to help me out and work with me on the price. Thank you service street team and a special shot out to chase for being so awesome and keeping great communication with me. New car shop for sure!!
