Friendly, straightforward, knowledgeable…and didn’t try to upswell me on anything I didn’t need (like other shops often do). They notified me of upcoming mfg recommended maintenance and gave me a quote. Will be coming back!

A few weeks ago the gremlins started torturing me. My van would start and run like normal, then every few minutes in my drive the dash power would stop and the windshield wipers flick across the glass. It was freaky but no real problem... yet. We went on a lovely vacation and returned to a full on infestation. The van still started no problem but all the lights on the emergency board are now on. The odometer and speedometer not responding at all. I called the crew at service street and told them my problem. They were so kind and knowledgeable. They got me in right away and fixed the issue before the day was out and for less then they initially quoted. The gremlins are gone and they have earned a customer for life. Thank you so much!

This location has very nice workers who are truly helpful. They are also very timely in their services and making an appointment has always been a hassle free experience. They estimated my car to be completed in one hour and it actually took about 40 minutes. So grateful to know I can get an oil change with great service.
