OMG! What incredible service! I had a battery replaced and the manager Chris went above and beyond! He installed a new battery for me... my car was dead in my garage... he clearly understood the hassle I’ve gone through getting a tow truck to my home to either tow or jump my car. He came to my home and replaced the battery in just a few minutes. I can’t say enough about this company and their employees. Service Street has a new customer for life!!

Had them finish a repair job for me. After job was finished. Car seemed fine but I only drove it home and then the next morning it wouldn't crank and they refused to do anything to help the issue. Even though it had just left their shop the evening before. They said I would have to pay for them to see what else was wrong. Do not recommend to anyone considering they will not help fix any issues after you leave even if it's right after.

From the time I called to set an appointment, to the return of my car (Myrtle) 🙂 afterwards, I was treated with kindness and respect. I was given a clear understanding of what was found that needed correction and they took the time to even show me. They corrected one item at that visit I wasn't expecting; as I figured I'd be coming back in 2 weeks. This act gave me peace of mind for the drive home. Eddie gave me an estimate for the work needed so, I could prepare financially. It has been my experience that this location has some of the friendliest people. I'll be back and not just because Myrtle needs work, but because of the character I found by those working at Service Street Aurora. With gratitude for all you do from 7a.m. to 7 p.m. Kimberly 🙂
