The guy that took my information at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. It dosent hurt that his father is korean and his mother Irish... Thank you for your quick thinking and getting me in at the appointed time amongst many cars waiting. It does help to set up an appointment ahead of time. Again, thank you...Fir today's repair ofteansmission fluid, replace stop light bulbs outside the cabin and this "brake parts cleaner" cost me all together $326.84. I shall get a second opinion from other automotive service place to see if indeed those other services are were needed and the copy of work sheet that I okay to replace 10 bulb son the outside can light were all needed. This time, I feel I have been taken for more than wS necessary to just maintain my 2009 Chevy Colorado.

I have a long list of troubling problems that I was able to witness and be apart of. I have a 2010 Subaru outback, not the best design for replacing headlights I know but through service street Parker, they have taken a total of six and a half hours and two separate trips to fix mine... that is 6.5 hours to change out my two headlights. After waiting a total of three hours the first day they finished and I got to drive home midday. The next day I am driving home from work and one of the lights doesn't work. The only reason I knew about this was due to it being dark while driving home at night. I call and schedule to have it fixed a second time. I waited the second time around for an additional 3.5 hours, about half way through I believe someone stopped by to tell me that they had noticed an issue the first time around that they decided to ignore and work around which was now causing the light to short out on this visit... So to fix this brand new to me problem, that they chose to ignore the first time. They decided that cutting into the headlight fixture and "zip tying" it together to fix the problem is the best solution. I wish 0 stars was a possibility. Update: I have now also realized that they didn't even put the plastic screws back on where you go through to get to the light. So now my inner bumper is falling off. I didn't think I could like them even less but here we are. Also no response from the business about any of these issues that have come up. Strange how they ignore major issues THEY caused but soak up good reviews as if those are more important to address.

I took car in for inspection of brake system that was obviously malfunctioning (pedal to the floor). I suspected a bad master cylinder. After inspection they recommended a flush of the fluid to remove air pockets which solved the problem and saved money. Thank you for your honest and accurate recommendation.

Omg... I would recommend this service street for any auto repair. HONEST, dependable, reliable, friendly & did just amazing! Took my car in for a second opinion after a dealership quote of almost 700.00 to “ fix” an issue that wasn’t even the issue and Service Street looked at it found the REAL problem and got me taken care of for less 30.00. They have just gained a couple of new customers for life. Thank you for taking the time to service my car and for the honest great work. I would highly recommend Service Street to anyone.
