People are friendly they're fast and efficient best service I've ever had at a auto repair shop I wull refer everyone I know to Service Street auto in Parker . I had an oil change and they also put a trailer hitch on my car which was excellent and I have not had any problems. Thank you service Street

DO NOT GO HERE. This store knows how to cheat people. I took my car in as it was showing a power steering failure. They were unable to find anything visually and said they will have to perform a diagnostics which was $135 or something. I had them do that and called them the next day to find out what the issue was. They clearly said all the sensors were working as they should and the next step was to replace the rack and pinion and gave me a quote for $2500. I was not convinced and fortunately took my car elsewhere where they had to just reset my sensors for the power steering and that pretty much took care of the issue. So two things come to my mind...either their technicians are extremely unqualified that they missed a simple thing with the sensor when they seemingly did all the diagnostics OR they straight out knew what the problem was but thought they can easily cheat a customer. Stay clear of them and save your money. I simply spent $135 for them to do nothing whereas this other place was able to fix my problem for 50 bucks. Will never again go there or recommend them.

This was my first and last time! Make an appointment for an oil change. Takes over an hour. I go to check and they inform me they had to special order a filter. You were given the make of the vehicle when I schedule the appointment a week ago. It should have been ready. Made us 20 minutes late for my son's meeting! Terrible service.

I highly recommend Service Street Parker to anyone who has a vehicle. They all are very knowledgeable and professional. The prices are beyond reasonable and you always feel welcome and taken care of.

They said 2 hours for oil change. I said it is cool. After 3 hours i called them for how long it take! They said 30 more minutes. I was still ok. I have arrived the store and then surprise another 20 minutes. I left without any service. Oil change 4 hours!! I don’t recommend. They waste my only off day i have had.
