Colorado Auto Repair

We live over an hour away from Parker and had come to see family. Upon leaving family, we had went to get gas and noticed a huge nail in our tire that was leaking a ton of air. We had called numerous other shops and none were able to get us in to patch the tire. Service street was very busy but they were able to get us in and repair the tire.

Service Street now has my loyalty for all of our cars! They were friendly and had great communication. They spent a significant amount of extra time trying to fix our car by a deadline, and saved us thousands of dollars in comparison to an estimate from another shop!

Customer service!! Took time to check car for reason for smelling gas inside the vehicle. Then explained possible reasons why it had the odor. Reassured me that as far as they could tell it was ok but to call and return if it happened again.

I scheduled an oil change for my wife's car from 10am to 11am. Arrived a little early, got checked in, waited in area, but didn't see the car move until about noon. Would have chose to drop off the vehicle had I known an oil change would take 3 hours. This is the only time I have had an issue. Great people there behind the counter and working on the vehicles.

The staff was great, especially Jo; she kept me informed about the status of my transmission replacement. The price was cheaper than any other repair shop in the area. I recommend 100%.

Great place from the bottom up. Everyone up front us great to work with, good communication the whole time. Mechanics in the back are very proficient, got my car done at a speedy rate and had me back on the road for cheaper rates than I was expecting!
