Again Service Street and Milton went above and beyond to help me. I called them because they had just worked on my car earlier in the week and now my car was not starting. I was waiting in a line of vehicles to pick up my granddaughter. I spoke with Milton and after I told him what was going on with my car he said it sounded like the battery. He asked where I was and got the address and said he was sending someone to me with a jump box. About 15 minutes later Brandon arrived and had my car started within minutes!! I called Milton back and thanked him and asked if I needed to come in that evening or if I could wait till morning. He said it would probably OK to wait and come in the morning and they would test the battery. He said if it didn't start when I tried it in the morning, he would just bring the box and jump me again. Amazing service!! My car did start and I was able to have it checked and a new battery installed in less than an hour the next morning. They provide amazing service and are very friendly. I recommend them to everyone.

I drive a Chrysler 300. I tried to get into the dealership 3 times. They left me on hold and never returned. Service Street answers their phone. They are friendly and helpful. Their communication is great. 20th Century service in the 21st Century. Almost unheard of. They did a great job. I will be back. No more dealership for me. Hanson is helpful and professional.

Have always received great service

Took my BMW to Service Street for an alignment and was in and out in a little over an hour. The car feels much better. Good customer service, too.
