I am a new Service Street customer. After becoming dissatisfied with my previous service provider, I decided to give Service Street at Parker Rd./Hess Rd. a try. A friend of ours had previously highly recommended Service Street. I visited them briefly for a second opinion a few months ago, but brought my car there yesterday for an oil change. The front desk personnel were courteous, personable, and professional. It took less than an hour to complete the service, and the price was reasonable. I'm relieved to have found a new and trustworthy service provider so close to home!

They did a great job and Andria was a total champ at keeping me informed and up to date. And she was super friendly. All the staff that I met seemed to be really great and helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely coming back
