1st time using them. Very pleased with their service. I was in and out very quick. They even offered a coupon that I didn’t know about.

My email schedule didn't go thru and when I called to check, they worked me in. The work done was great and I was kept updated with the progress. The discount coupon was a nice touch.

Friendly(Highlands Ranch Location) but only to deceive you. Lied about parts needed hoping to gain thousands of dollars from what they believed to be a desperate, unknowledgeable, single female.🤨

Paid for work to be fixed that was never completed. Had to bring my car back multiple times. Also found a Verizon hum device left in my car? Asked for a refund because I no longer live in the area but was told I could not get a refund because of their guarantee- but the work was never correctly done in the first place- meaning I’ll be having to pay for it again

Employees were very nice. Price for services rendered is not nice, however. $800 for a $200 alternator, plus what is commonly agreed upon by mechanics as only 1 hour of actual labor. At most, should be $350. An automatic "5 year warranty"....um, which nobody needs for an alternator, by the way. Basically, I already paid for a replacement alternator up front, so the warranty is a total crock. If I didn't need the car ready to roll for the next week, I would have never paid such a blatantly/ridiculously inflated repair price anywhere.
