These guys are actually awesome folks. Really good down to earth people, and actually care about you. And their customer service is actually top notch from other auto service companies I’ve come across. Came in for an alignment, and they took care of me. It was a last minute phone call, the same day. It did take 4hrs, but they had to do other things with my subframe, tie rods, caster, etc just to dial it in as best as they could. Being there for 4hrs the first time, I watched with my own eyes the customer service they had with everyone that walked through that door. It was a pleasant experience to see that actually.. Also, I did have to come back the second time for them to do it again, just a reassess, because I want it to be straighter(steering wheel - I’m OCD). No questions asked, and did what they had to do. They stood by their work. They let me come in again, last minute and took care of me. And I have never seen my steering wheel straighter than that. And also drive straight. No other alignment place I’ve been to was able to get my wheel that straight. There was always, a SLIGHT, I mean SLIGHT angle. They did it dead on. Great work guys. You guys definitely earned my business & review 👏🏼
