I dont know what these people are complaining about, then again, highlands ranch is full of shallow prima donnas... in any case, my experience was great. I wouldn't give the negative reviews much credit folks, my experience with highlands ranchers isnt much better than dealing with selfish children who think the world revolves around them... if I were you I'd give this place a shot.
