I am changing my review due to recent experiences. I have taken my car to Service Street 2 times for oil changes after I purchased the synthetic oil package for over $221. Both times, immediately after picking up my car, my "check engine" light came on. Both times I had to take it to the dealership and was told that one of the lines in my engine had been disconnected/damaged. BUYER BEWARE! I contacted the regional manager who was a complete clown and refused to refund me anything. The Corporate Office recently sent me a full refund after months of brain damage. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE - EVER!

Decided to give Service Street a try for oil change and tire rotation. Received a nice friendly greeting. They had a comfortable waiting room and had my car done very promptly. Everything was positive.

These guys are legit

Good experience, reasonably priced with awesome discount. Very knowledgeable, experienced personnel, pleasant atmosphere and extremely prompt service. The GM Ammon was super and a pleasure to deal with.

Ed was a great help in finding a used part that works -at less than half the cost.

Best place to take your car!

Didn't get a call when work was done and grease all over steering wheel and the door. Pretty disappointed in this experience.

Went to get an oil change and had great service. However, they charge $20 for a tire rotation. Everywhere else does a tire rotation for free when you get an oil change. I have literally never paid for a tire rotation on any of my cars. I do understand they need to make money but I just think it's ridiculous that they charge $20 for a tire rotation when literally everywhere else does it complimentary when you get an oil change.

My first visit rendered a “free oil change” from the manager due to an “inconvenience”. My second visit ended with an estimate of just over $600.00. I am fairly learned about motors and that just didnt sound right. I picked my car up and immediately took it to the dealer. I told them the same problem, 15 minutes later they called and explained it was- “just an overflow”. That cost me $125.00 for the diagnosis. I did tell the Service Street manager that I would share the outcome of the Dealers diagnosis-he remained commited to their diagnosis. I won’t be going back for a third visit.

I came to Service Street to get my oil changed and they did an amazing job. There were a few other issues with my car and they took me out to the garage to show me exactly what was going on, what the steps were to fix it, and the cost before doing it. Very respectful of their customers and 100% will he going back!
