I've only been for oil changes. Even with an appointment my car has never been completed in less than 2 hours. Not acceptable.

Difficult clutch repair done in a timely manner and they helped me look for the best deal on parts. Great job

Extremely fast and efficient. They don’t BS you and work with you in your specific situation. I have been to plenty of other car shops and even other Service Streets and I plan on only going to this one.

Took my car in for an alignment. Was told my control arm is bent and it would cost $2,500 to repair. Took the car to get a second opinion at Les Schwab and they aligned the car just fine. No bent control arm. These guys are liars and thieves. Stay away!

I dropped in for a quick check of my air conditioning system. The manager welcomed me. Within minutes, I had my Subaru back with everything working perfectly.

This is truly the best car service to go to. Honest auto place and cares for their customer.. I’m a woman and as we have experienced we get jacked around and charged fees for unnecessary or fade work done. I had a situation that they couldn’t fix they were honest about the issue and they didn’t charge me. Thank you for being one in a million honest mechanics

Took my vehicle in for an oil change and summer inspection package. This package and typically anytime you get an oil change includes topping off fluids and checking tire pressure. After I left, my tire pressure light was on and the next day my washer fluid light came on. These are the two most basic things that should be done, if these weren't done it makes me question the integrity of this shop. Did they even change the oil? Not a good first impression, we will be going else where for all car service needs.
