Doug and co. helped me out in a pinch with service and a smile. Great to know some folks still get customer service right!
The people were friendly. The issue that results in a 3 star is that I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and an alignment. After 7 hours of my car being there I finally get the call that my car is ready. I go and pick it up and they tell me they were only able to do the oil change because their machine isn't calibrated to do an alignment in my car. I'm not sure what about an oil change takes 7 hours exactly and why they would tell me they could do an alignment on my car when they couldn't. But It was a large waste of time when I could have taken my car elsewhere to someone who could have done the job I asked for.
These guys are the best. Super appreciate all that Ed and Sam do to keep us on the road.
