Told my 87 year old grandma that her head on her car was bad and it would cost $1500. I then went over to look at her car before she spent that since the car only has 80k miles on it. Turned out to be water pump being bad, turned into only costing $215 part. Would never send someone to these rip offs

Excellent service. The front desk is helpful and friendly. They were able to fit my car in for a routine service and a repair within a day. Both jobs were done in the time specified and the price was within the average cost of that routine and repair job. I appreciated their willingness to look at a repair, estimate it, and understand the customer's perspective. They gave me options that allowed me to make decisions based on my budget. They also have a pick up/ drop off service which is so convenient. I would recommend them for anyone that requires both routine and repair work on their car.

Avoid this place at all costs. They will lie and invent imaginary problems - hoping you're ignorant about cars and won't question what they're saying. For example, when an alternator was on its last legs, they claimed the only way to check it would be to purchase and install a battery (the current one was less than a month old). A simple voltmeter test showed that the alternator was bad.

Avoid them like the plague! I made the mistake of buying an oil change package from them and I can't trust them enough to use it. They make up problems that don't exist so they can charge you to fix them. If you do go there get a second opinion like I did and save yourself tons of money in unnecessary repairs! I'm out about $100 but better than losing thousands if I go back!

These guys. Let me tell you about these amazing humans... I am new here (to the area) My check engine light went on and my very expensive car decided to shut down. Not only were these guys compassionate to my situation (and calm me down when I started to get watery eyed) but they got my car in right away!! They did a great job. I don't know what everyone is complaining below about because whatever service they perform on your car is covered under their warranty. 100% would recommend them and they have earned a customer for life!!

I took my Mitsubishi eclipse in for a oil change and 2 days later my car started leaking coolant from my heater core. Mind you this i know my car and i know for a fact it wasent leaking. They messed up my car intentionally to make more money. Please be aware of this fraud

Always fast and honest. Can't ask for anything more.

I had taken my car here before & they took 2 days to do a job that they quoted 4 hours for so I was wary to do an oil change with them but then they sent me a coupon & I figured why not & took my car in. As I'm waiting for my car the guy comes over with a list of about $4000 worth of work that he literally says to me you don't need to do but you could do if you want to lol! For example he says to me "you know you have the original shocks on your Jeep you should get new ones for $950 it'll only take a few hours" I'm like buddy I'm here with a coupon for a $20 oil change for my 40000 mile jeep what the hell are you even talking about!? What's wrong with the original shocks? Anyways, I don't want to make this review 3 pages long. I can give you a list of what sucks about this place. Like if your gonna try to bend me over for 4 grand when I came in for an oil change at least remember to put air in my tires like I asked. All I can say is don't go here. These guys are the definition of incompetent & dishonest.

I recently took my wife's Subaru there for an oil change as I had purchased the 5 pack for $100. They told me it needed a new head gasket because it was leaking and quoted me a price of $2,700. The problem is I already had it replaced in 2013 as this is a common problem on this car. I took the car back to the original repair shop, which specializes in Subaru's, and they said it was not the head gasket but a different gasket which would cost less than $100 to repair. What is even funnier is that the tech at Service Street, who diagnosed the problem, said he was the "Subaru guy" at the shop.
