I left my car for two items to be worked on. When I picked up my car, the first issue was the drive shaft that had been replaced about a month ago. The guy who closed out my paperwork, made it sound like it was my issue in driving. Upon questioning he finally started the shaft had a manufacturer default. They had to replace it. I then asked about the tire sensor and the right rear tire. He didn't know, no notes. He found the technician who worked on my car and came back to me staying I have a nail in my left tire. Ok but what about the sensor showing my right rear tire is low? "You must have had the tires crossed roasted and the sensor is trying to catch up" what??? My car is less than a year old and had 8500 miles. Tires haven't been rotated at all. I left with not much faith in how things were handled. I was hoping I found the trusted place to go for my car. Not so much.
