They overcharge like crazy. First time I went i was quoted a specific price for my oil change. When i went to pay afterwards, I ended up paying double what I was quoted, and when I asked why no one had informed me of the discrepancy in price, I was told they "forgot to ask me before doing anything because they got so busy." This time around they quoted me $40 more than the nearest competitor for something super simple. Completely solidified my desire to never come here or use their services again. If you want a good mechanic who won't rip you off the moment they see an opportunity to do so, go with Christian Brothers, and if not them, literall anyone else would be better.
It seems we had a disconnect and clearly dropped the ball. Lack of focus, carelessness and indifference is not what we are known for.
