interesting for a very long time

I take my car here for regular maintenance. The staff are always friendly and take the time to explain everything. I don't feel pressured into paying for any unnecessary work.

Got me in right away...fixed and out the door on the same day. Even showed me the old parts and what was wrong.

In response to bgill5280, I was ACTUALLY at the shop at the time of this incident as I know these folks well. This lady came in and was incredibly rude to the gentleman working the front counter. He tried to actually help her by getting her a better deal on her oil change as well as explain that oil changes should be done at certain intervals (which this woman CLEARLY exceeded.) After offering a more reasonable solution, she responded with “not being comfortable having work done here” so he asked if there was anything he could do to make her more comfortable or if she would like to go elsewhere. She yelled at him and said how poor his customer service was before leaving. Keep doing what you’re doing young man! You can’t make everyone happy!

They ordered the weirdly-sized (aka never in stock anywhere) rear windshield wiper for my Mitsubishi and had me come back just an hour later to have it installed. They were professional and fast. I didn’t feel like I was overcharged for the wiper blade and wasn’t up-sold on anything like I always am at Pep Boys or Grease Monkey. I would definitely come again!
