I have been to Service Street several times with two different vehicles. In each instance they have provided price quotes which they have met. I find there prices to be very reasonable, their mechanics knowlegeable and their office staff friendly. They have gotten me in the same day when I needed it and with one exception, when they had to have a part delivered they didn't have in stock, they have got me me out within the time quoted. They do warranty work and stand by there work.

I have a large number of choices for automotive repair in my area. I consistently choose this particular business because the staff is both knowledgeable and helpful. Any time I bring my car in with an issue, they quickly determine the root of the problem, explain it to me, and present solutions. Really fantastic. While the name of the manager slips my mind as i write this, having dealt with him many times, I can say that he is an effective and efficient leader for his staff, as well as being very helpful to me on numerous occasions.

Service Street provided great service and got my vehicle in and finished earlier than their orignal estimate, which was very nice. All employees appear friendly, helpful and polite. Receiving coupons in the mail is also a definite plus and I will continue to give them my business.
